Eager to continue working with his hands, he found himself working as a carpenter after graduating. Beginning in 2013, Daniel worked in multiple trades including commercial maintenance, glazing, carpentry, and full home demolition and remodeling until he founded his own general contracting company in Pittsburgh, PA in 2019. While running his own business, Daniel discovered his knack for construction management and began working as a superintendent for PE Real Estate Holdings in 2022. Daniel quickly worked his way up to Development Project Manager and in 2024 received his Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Pittsburgh. To date, Daniel has successfully managed the construction and preconstruction of single family homes, luxury townhouses, and multifamily apartment buildings valued at over $35M. He is currently working on earning his Masters in Civil Engineering with a Construction Management Focus from the University of Pittsburgh.
